To provide this app we collect and store: your email address and account credentials (via Supabase Authentication); your name; and the training data entered by you or your coach, including sessions, sets, reps, load, rest, coach notes, calendar and year plan assignments, and strength & conditioning programming. Basic technical data (IP address, browser type) is processed by our hosting and database provider for security and performance.
Your data is processed to deliver your coaching relationship and training plan: performance of a contract (UK GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)), and our legitimate interest in running and maintaining the app (Art. 6(1)(f)).
Training data and account credentials are stored with Supabase, our database and authentication provider, which acts as a data processor on our behalf. Supabase processes data under its own security and privacy terms.
Your data is kept for as long as your account is active. If you close your account or ask us to delete your data, it is removed within a reasonable time, unless we're required to keep it longer for legal reasons.
Your data is not sold, rented or shared with third parties for marketing purposes. It is only processed by the technical providers needed to run the app (Supabase), in line with their own policies.
This app does not use tracking, analytics or advertising cookies. Your browser's local storage is used strictly to keep you signed in.
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your data, and the right to data portability. To exercise any of these rights, including account deletion, email ederclimbingcoach@gmail.com.
If you believe your rights have not been respected, you may lodge a complaint with the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk, or with your local supervisory authority if you're based in the EU.
